Created in Cataluña, Spain, made with traditional methods of Cava-making passed down from generations.

This wine is made with a blend of 55% Xa'rello, 30% Macabeo, and 15% Parellada grapes.

Planted in 1995, the vineyards are rich in clayey soil, with an average altitude of 225m.

Aging in bottle for a minimum of 3 months.
